Methodology

Based on the “Anaplan Way” and divided into four main phases

1. Pre-Design

Interviews with all project stakeholders to capture needs and high-level expectations
Kick-off preparation
Preparation of design workshops

2. Design

Kick-off
Workshops to define Business User Stories
Workshops to define Data flows / Technical User Stories
Synthesis workshop: prioritization & validation of user stories and design document
Definition of the model's target architecture
Sprints planning

3. Anaplan Build

Implementation of prioritized functionalities in 2/3-week sprints
Build data flows between Anaplan and other tools
Implementation of dashboards
Adapting the backlog via weekly progress meetings and sprint review meetings
Preparation of test cases with key users

4. UATs / Go-Live

User guides
User training
User test sessions
Backlog updates during UATs
Go-live of solution in production

These four stages ensure that projects are completed on time, meet customers' real needs, and enable the team to gradually build up their skills in using the solution.
